At Southwest Staffing Solutions, we’ll help you zero in on the perfect candidates. From sourcing to screening, we’ll provide you with the best employees suited to your company.
1. Client Meeting
A staffing consultant will meet with the hiring team to outline search requirements, timelines, future organizational strategy and mission, to get an idea of the corporate culture.
2. Candidate Specification
Following the initial client meeting, we will complete a deep analysis of the market and create a compelling job description.
3. Candidate Identification
After we have a number of high potential candidates listed, we will begin qualifying the potential candidates and identify whether they are a good fit.
4. Create a Shortlist
A series of internal meetings will continue throughout the candidate identification process and the number of potential candidates will be reduced to 10 at most.
5. Present Shortlist
Before any candidate is presented to you, a staffing consultant will complete the appropriate background checks to verify their qualifications and career background. Provided there are no problems, the shortlist will be presented to you.
6. Narrow Shortlist to 3-5 Candidates
Following meetings at the previous stage, you will work with the staffing consultant to narrow the candidate shortlist to just 3-5 potential candidates. At this stage, the recruiter will begin thorough reference checks and provide final thoughts.
7. Present Offer
After a series of interviews and consideration of external references, you will select your preferred candidate and the process of salary and offer negotiation will commence.
Finally, we will assist with the onboarding of the successful candidate and will continue to maintain close ties with the hiring client and new hire to ensure long-term satisfaction for both parties.
